ROKSOLANA NASMIYAN
Born in Ukraine, I’ve been immersed in art my whole life. After moving to the Czech Republic in 2007, I studied fashion design and architecture, eventually finding my passion as a painter and art teacher in 2013. A pivotal moment came when I attended my first pottery class with my daughter, igniting a love for ceramics that shaped my future.
In 2018, I began my journey in ceramics, setting up a small studio in my garage in 2019. Teaching ceramic courses allowed me to share my passion and grow alongside others. By 2021, I moved the studio to Prague 7, and in 2022, Kera.Kult was born—a community for those who love art and ceramics.
To me, ceramics is more than an art—it’s a craft that brings beauty and functionality into everyday life. When you interact with handmade pieces that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing, they elevate your daily routines, awaken your senses, and fill life with energy and joy. Through ceramics, I aim to share this experience and help others connect with the simple, profound pleasure of handcrafted art.
